Shipping policy

Shipping fee: A flat-rate shipping fee of $10 (excluding tax) will be applied to orders.

Shipping Destinations: We currently only offer shipping to Canada. Unfortunately, we do not ship USA and international at this time

Failed Delivery: 

Iconic Beauté is not responsible for any issues that arise from packages not retrieved by the recipient or incorrect order information that was not addressed before the package was shipped. Customers may need to pay for extra shipping fees incurred as a result of these issues. 

To ensure your package is delivered correctly and in a timely manner, please double check that your order information is accurate and complete before placing your order.

Customers are expected to monitor the tracking information sent with the shipping confirmation and contact us for any delivery issues as soon as possible. No refund will be provided to customers who miss every reasonable attempt by the carrier to deliver the package.

If your package is delivered to an authorized pickup location (e.g., a post office). Please note that Icoinc Beauté is not responsible for packages left at these authorized pickup locations.

Stolen or Missing Packages: 

Iconic Beauté is not responsible for stolen/missing/unclaimed packages after the carrier delivers the package to the address provided. No customer will be entitled to a refund, replacement, or reshipment in these cases. 

Customers are responsible for reaching out at info@iconicbeaute.ca, prior to shipping, if they require special accommodations to avoid mail theft.

Returns & Exchanges: All products sold are final sale and no returns & exchanges.
